Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We do not accept refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Please ensure you carefully read our size chart before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or preference.

Exchanges are only offered if your item is faulty or not as described. To qualify, the item must be:
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Returned in original packaging with all tags and extras included
• Reported within 14 days of delivery

If your item is deemed faulty, we will provide an exchange for the same item or a suitable replacement if the original product is unavailable. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

To initiate an exchange, please email yurehelp@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the fault.

⚖️ This policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer law, which may entitle you to a repair, replacement, or refund in certain circumstances.
